Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT services.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong capability to handle multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
  • Skilled in resource planning, cost estimation, and timeline control for technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a natural ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or C1 (Proficient) level in English.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive communication.
  • Represent Kenility in client meetings and discussions, identifying new business opportunities and reinforcing trust and partnership.
  • Manage and resolve escalations, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and effectively for all assigned accounts.
  • Lead and support teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and with exceptional quality standards.
  • Facilitate project initiation and setup activities, clarify requirements, and align teams around common goals.
  • Coordinate project pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions and prioritization of ongoing workstreams.
  • Establish and promote standard processes for project transitions and service delivery within Kenility.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans ("go-to-green" strategies) for any underperforming areas.
  • Drive process standardization to streamline project execution and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the quality of service and client satisfaction.
  • Lead or support significant change initiatives, ensuring they are implemented smoothly and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Plan and manage resource capacity, aligning the right talent to the right projects at the right time.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, team performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and actionable reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
