Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Node.js and related technologies in building robust backend applications.
- Proficiency in utilizing the Nest framework for developing scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Extensive knowledge of MongoDB, including database design, optimization, and querying techniques.
- Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
