Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience applying the Scrum framework, with a deep understanding of its roles, events, artifacts, and rules, and the ability to adapt practices to the team’s specific context.
• Practical knowledge of other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean to support flexible and adaptive project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and workshops, fostering active participation, resolving conflicts, and driving toward clear outcomes.
• Experience in managing and resolving team conflicts constructively, creating a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and integration with other development platforms.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain quality and delivery consistency.
• Experience with financial reporting processes, including budget tracking, cost management, and ensuring financial compliance within Agile projects.
• Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring meetings are effective and goal-oriented.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress, enabling smooth and continuous project delivery.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Lead and participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings, particularly to coordinate financial reporting and project budgeting efforts.
• Proactively monitor and manage project risks, working with the team to minimize potential impacts.
• Utilize project tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to maintain transparency, monitor progress, and report on key performance metrics.
• Support financial reporting processes by facilitating relevant discussions and ensuring Agile practices align with financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing team performance and implementing workflow optimizations.
• Act as a change agent in Agile transformation efforts, ensuring Scrum practices evolve in line with business needs.
