Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business process analysis and automation implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating internal and external systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools focused on process optimization and automation.
- Advanced command of Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining data dashboards using Looker Studio or comparable tools.
- Strong skills in defining, analyzing, and tracking operational metrics and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira or other project management platforms.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document operational workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Design, deploy, and sustain automated processes that enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Integrate tools and systems through APIs and webhooks to streamline operations.
- Apply AI solutions to continuously improve and automate internal processes.
- Establish and track performance metrics to assess automation effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain visual dashboards that communicate key performance indicators.
- Educate team members on automation tools and guide them in adopting new workflows.
- Support cross-functional teams during the deployment and monitoring of process automations.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect issues, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
- Document and standardize procedures to ensure scalability and consistent implementation.
