Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Python and over three years of hands-on work in production-level machine learning and artificial intelligence environments.
- Deep knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph, including LCEL, workflow development, multi-agent systems, and advanced agent strategies such as ReACT, plan-and-solve, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Solid experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB, along with implementation of effective chunking strategies.
- Strong background in production engineering practices including the use of Pydantic models, JSON schema definitions, streaming data handling, robust error management, and system performance tuning.
- Familiarity with evaluation tools and methodologies, including LangSmith, pass@k, BLEU/ROUGE metrics, and system observability techniques.
- Desirable: exposure to complex agent orchestration, agentic RAG architectures, human-in-the-loop processes, map-reduce paradigms, and creation of custom evaluation datasets.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
