Process Automation Analyst (POS-133)

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business process analysis and automation implementation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience integrating internal and external systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools focused on process optimization and automation.
  • Advanced command of Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining data dashboards using Looker Studio or comparable tools.
  • Strong skills in defining, analyzing, and tracking operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with Jira or other project management platforms.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document operational workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Design, deploy, and sustain automated processes that enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Integrate tools and systems through APIs and webhooks to streamline operations.
  • Apply AI solutions to continuously improve and automate internal processes.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to assess automation effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain visual dashboards that communicate key performance indicators.
  • Educate team members on automation tools and guide them in adopting new workflows.
  • Support cross-functional teams during the deployment and monitoring of process automations.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect issues, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
  • Document and standardize procedures to ensure scalability and consistent implementation.
