Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience working with the Zoho ecosystem and its different business applications.
- Solid background in solution architecture, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and effective technology solutions.
- Experience working with complex business environments and contributing to the definition of technical approaches and solution strategies.
- Ability to collaborate closely with clients and different stakeholders, providing technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of a solution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities when evaluating business and technical requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills, with particular emphasis on clear and effective verbal communication in client-facing environments.
- Previous exposure to the education or EdTech industry is considered a valuable advantage.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
