As a Technical Product Owner at Kenility, you will become part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering top-quality software solutions to the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments, including Scrum or comparable delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to maintain, organize, and prioritize product backlogs according to business objectives and roadmap goals.
  • Strong expertise in creating well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for development teams.
  • Ability to convert high-level product strategies into detailed and actionable deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient product delivery and execution.
  • Nice to have: Previous exposure to Digital Media, AdTech, or MarTech environments.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap objectives and business priorities.
  • Create and refine user stories that provide clear direction and are ready for implementation by development teams.
  • Evaluate and prioritize backlog items based on business impact, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
  • Continuously improve backlog quality by ensuring requirements are complete, well-defined, and properly sequenced.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and quality teams to support successful sprint execution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure requirements meet established readiness and quality standards before entering development cycles.
  • Track sprint progress, proactively addressing impediments to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Support validation and testing activities to confirm that delivered solutions satisfy acceptance criteria and release expectations.
  • Transform business needs, product goals, and customer challenges into clear and actionable development requirements.
  • Define detailed acceptance criteria to promote alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Work with UX and engineering teams to assess feasibility and refine proposed solutions before implementation.
  • Verify that completed features meet defined requirements and deliver the expected user experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for development teams regarding functional questions and requirement clarifications.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage dependencies and maintain alignment across teams.
  • Balance incoming support requests with ongoing commitments and delivery priorities.
  • Partner with quality assurance and support teams to confirm release readiness.
  • Communicate delivery status, potential risks, and trade-offs to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
