As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Kenility, you will become part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering top-quality software solutions to the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working as a Technical Product Manager focused on analytics platforms, reporting solutions, visualization tools, and B2B products.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise-level environments.
  • Solid background coordinating product launches, including beta releases, general availability processes, and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex product features and driving impactful changes for clients and end users.
  • Strong experience leading Agile software development teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling principles and the development of intuitive visualization components.
  • Strong proficiency working with Business Intelligence platforms, preferably SiSense.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and knowledge management tools such as Confluence, Mural, or similar solutions.
  • Experience working with visualization SDKs or related reporting technologies is considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile and product management tools such as JIRA, Productboard, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools used to evaluate feature adoption and product performance, including platforms like Mixpanel or Datadog.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for reporting and analytics dashboards aligned with business goals and long-term priorities.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle across multiple Scrum teams, from discovery and planning to deployment and optimization.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, process improvements, and opportunities to reduce duplicated efforts across teams and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and align technical initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Validate that requirements are fully met and maintain high-quality standards before releasing solutions to production environments.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative product data to support roadmap prioritization and product decision-making.
  • Define KPIs, monitor feature performance, and drive continuous improvements based on data insights and user feedback.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship while promoting best practices and staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate and communicate cross-team risks and dependencies, proactively identifying operational improvements.
  • Participate in product support activities and on-call rotations to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and validate AI-generated solutions to ensure they meet production requirements.
