Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over five years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Solutions Engineer or similar, effectively translating technical needs into business value.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise environments, including content delivery models, user engagement strategies, and enterprise-level technical infrastructures.
- Familiarity with WordPress and PHP, or experience in technical consulting.
- Proven ability to design and present Proofs of Concept and lead engaging product demonstrations.
- Track record of working closely with Account Executives to co-create solutions for complex sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to capture and retain audience attention in presentations, calls, or written content.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to evaluate new opportunities by analyzing technical needs, market context, and strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve client challenges through thoughtful consultation and efficient project coordination.
- Design and execute Proofs of Concept and guide product demonstrations tailored to industry segments, customer profiles, and business priorities.
- Serve as the main technical contact during RFP/RFI processes, supporting Account Executives with detailed technical responses.
- Advise on integration strategies, system architecture, and application infrastructure to ensure comprehensive cloud-based solution implementation aligned with best practices.
