As a Mid-level Salesforce Platform Administrator at Kenility, you will become part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering top-quality software solutions to the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce administration and development, including platform configuration, automation, and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and architectural mindset, with the ability to identify solutions that align with platform standards and minimize technical debt.
  • Experience managing Salesforce environments, release cycles, and governance practices.
  • Knowledge of security models, access controls, and platform governance frameworks.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining workflows, automations, and cross-cloud integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Ability to maintain long-term platform stability and proactively improve system performance and usability.
  • Ownership-driven mindset focused on sustainable solutions and overall system health.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor platform performance, system reliability, and automation processes to ensure operational stability.
  • Manage platform configurations, integrations, automation workflows, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Apply architectural best practices and implementation standards across all platform developments.
  • Oversee environment management, deployment processes, and change control procedures.
  • Ensure enhancements and integrations comply with established governance and architectural guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain security configurations, access management strategies, and governance controls.
  • Identify and prevent technical debt and configuration inconsistencies across environments.
  • Maintain internal technical documentation and record key architectural decisions.
  • Develop and support integrations across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Build scalable automation solutions and optimize platform workflows.
  • Contribute to AI and Agentforce-related initiatives and enablement efforts.
  • Provide support to end users and continuously improve workflows based on operational feedback.
  • Translate business objectives into efficient and maintainable technical implementations.
  • Enhance platform usability and drive long-term adoption and business value.
  • Participate in product support activities and on-call rotations to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and validate AI-generated solutions to ensure they meet production requirements.
