Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in manual testing and quality assurance processes.
- Practical knowledge and testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications.
- Proficiency in setting up and utilizing Task Recorder and Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation and regression purposes.
- Background in planning and executing regression test suites.
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and defect tracking practices.
- Ability to effectively document and communicate testing outcomes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is considered an asset.
- Prior experience testing ServiceNow, including knowledge of its ATF capabilities, is desirable.
- Exposure to Leapwork or similar automation tools is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automated testing within enterprise-level systems.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and document manual test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and related integrations.
- Configure and maintain Task Recorder and ATF environments to support test automation and regression cycles.
- Contribute to the development of regression testing frameworks and suite implementation.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across diverse testing environments.
- Track and manage software defects throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Promote continuous improvement of QA tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Support the integration of automation tools, including Leapwork, into the QA strategy where applicable.
