Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading software development teams directly, with active involvement in execution—not limited to coordination or status reporting.
- Hands-on experience working in software delivery environments, collaborating closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project/delivery management fundamentals.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving priorities, and partially defined processes with confidence and structure.
- Experience managing stakeholders and clients, including handling challenging conversations and setting clear expectations.
- Strong ability to identify and manage trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early in the delivery process.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, system integrations, and delivery risks (no coding required, but technical fluency is expected).
- Strong written and spoken English skills. Minimum level: Upper Intermediate (B2+), with preference for Advanced (C1).
Nice to have:
- Experience in startup-like environments or projects with evolving processes.
- Exposure to technical product counterparts or architecture-driven conversations.
- Experience working across multiple teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and delivery metrics/reporting.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering workstreams, ensuring consistent progress, alignment, and delivery outcomes across projects.
- Act as a bridge between client needs, product direction, and engineering execution, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with developers, tech leads, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders daily.
- Identify blockers early, communicate them proactively, and drive resolution in a timely and constructive manner.
- Take a proactive approach to delivery, contributing wherever needed to keep projects moving forward and aligned with goals.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions before they become risks.
- Ensure priorities, scope, and expectations are clearly understood and managed across stakeholders.
- Support decision-making by identifying trade-offs, risks, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Translate business and client needs into actionable work, ensure clear priorities, and maintain visibility, communication, and accountability across teams.
