Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in similar roles, demonstrating strong understanding of project environments.
- Hands-on background in project management, including requirements gathering, strategic definition, and roadmap planning.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe and familiarity with ITIL practices will be considered a plus.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation through delivery, proactively removing roadblocks and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and overall management of the area’s objectives.
- Ensure high standards of process quality and outcomes by anticipating risks, addressing issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to brand and product positioning initiatives to foster business growth through strategic actions.
- Assist in defining timelines, selecting appropriate tools, and organizing tasks to ensure efficient execution.
- Identify emerging needs and implement effective solutions aligned with business goals.
- Oversee deadline compliance, coordinate team efforts, and ensure effective team management.
