Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience building business intelligence solutions with Power BI, including advanced dashboard development and reporting architecture.
- Solid command of DAX and Power Query (M) for creating calculations, measures, data transformations, and reusable reporting logic.
- Experience designing data models, managing relationships, and structuring datasets to support accurate and scalable analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in agile environments with evolving priorities and requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end Power BI dashboards, from source data connection through final visual presentation.
- Prepare, clean, and transform data using Power Query, and develop measures and calculations with DAX.
- Track and organize work through DevOps while actively contributing to agile sprint planning.
- Improve dataset performance and support the reliability and accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Partner with data engineering teams working with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms.
- Consolidate and integrate information from multiple business systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and global ERP platforms.
- Contribute to reporting initiatives involving machine learning and artificial intelligence when required.
