Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- Over 1 year of experience in Human Resources or People Care roles.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
- Experience or familiarity with People Analytics, including culture and work environment (nice to have).
- Experience working with remote employees in technology companies (nice to have).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and internal communications.
- Identify training opportunities and help coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal HR policies and processes.
- Manage and monitor the employee benefits program, reviewing existing offerings and identifying improvements.
- Support initiatives focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and company events.
- Help organize team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs that strengthen company culture.
- Provide operational support to initiatives aimed at employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
