Technical Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
  • Over 1 year of experience in Human Resources or People Care roles.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
  • Experience or familiarity with People Analytics, including culture and work environment (nice to have).
  • Experience working with remote employees in technology companies (nice to have).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and internal communications.
  • Identify training opportunities and help coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal HR policies and processes.
  • Manage and monitor the employee benefits program, reviewing existing offerings and identifying improvements.
  • Support initiatives focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and company events.
  • Help organize team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs that strengthen company culture.
  • Provide operational support to initiatives aimed at employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Foster a friendly, inclusive, and collaborative work environment across the organization.
