Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Solid hands-on experience working with AWS services.
- Advanced experience developing applications with Nest.js.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and RESTful API development.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Ability to support production environments and troubleshoot incidents effectively.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, N8N, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
- Ability to provide AI tools with clear context, review generated code critically, detect issues or incorrect assumptions, and refine outputs into production-ready solutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of backend features and services.
- Suggest scalable, maintainable technical solutions to improve existing systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs using Node.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
- Implement services and solutions based on AWS technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth feature integration.
- Support CI/CD workflows and automation using GitHub Actions.
- Participate in incident response efforts and contribute to long-term improvements in system stability and performance.
- Leverage AI development tools to speed up delivery while maintaining high code quality.
