Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive functional experience working with NetSuite OneWorld, including financial management, inventory, procurement, project management, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing sales orders, customer records, and item master data.
- Experience participating in CRM-to-ERP integration projects and defining data mapping strategies across business systems.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript is considered an advantage.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite OneWorld, providing guidance across financials, inventory, procurement, project management, and reporting capabilities.
- Design and define the structure of sales orders, customer records, and product catalog data, including fields, subsidiaries, entities, and line-item configuration.
- Establish and support business rules governing the opportunity-to-sales-order process, including the mapping and internal ID alignment of custom fields.
- Collaborate with the client’s finance team to design revenue reporting based on actuals, with consolidated views at both sales order and invoice levels.
- Oversee the configuration of the NetSuite integration user using Token-Based Authentication and coordinate implementation activities with the client’s NetSuite partner.
