Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong focus on delivering user-centric experiences across multiple product touchpoints
- Proven leadership capabilities to define challenges, prioritize initiatives, and guide execution
- Proactive approach to exploring and adopting new technologies to enhance solutions and processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate user needs and create impactful solutions
- Extensive experience designing and developing scalable front-end architectures, including micro frontends, event-driven systems, state management, and reusable component libraries
- Solid background in engineering best practices such as automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring
- Over 5 years of experience working with core front-end technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Svelte
- More than 6 years of experience in full-stack web application development
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale software products within agile environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building shared component libraries and design systems using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with web components and reactive programming paradigms
- Full-stack knowledge across technologies such as Angular, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Docker, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ
- Experience working in distributed or remote-first team environments
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and related tooling
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality front-end solutions with a strong emphasis on user interface development
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and data specialists to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Contribute to solving complex technical challenges while applying best engineering practices
- Support a collaborative team culture by engaging peers for feedback, code reviews, and joint problem-solving
- Balance the development of new features with continuous improvements in performance, efficiency, and system architecture
