As a Junior Talent Sourcer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, Engineers, designers, and recruiters who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing IT talent across various platforms.
  • Solid understanding of current tech market trends to support informed conversations with candidates.
  • High attention to detail in reviewing resumes, maintaining accurate candidate records, and keeping CV databases up to date.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical job requirements for IT positions.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify talent using your professional network.
  • Source and screen candidates in the information technology sector.
  • Draft and publish technical job descriptions across relevant channels (e.g., IT job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Stay informed on the latest technology trends to engage effectively with candidates.
  • Conduct employee reference checks and follow up accordingly.
  • Review incoming applications and filter profiles based on role requirements.
  • Keep employee CVs updated in internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews with the Talent Acquisition team.
