Technical Requirements

+6/8 years of experience developing, implementing, and delivering complex and scalable software systems and services.
Proficiency in distributed data processing and messaging systems such as Kafka and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of modern data architectures, including data modeling, data storage, and data processing, and familiarity with industry best practices.
Extensive experience designing cloud-based solutions, particularly on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Expertise in various data formats and schema management, including Parquet, Avro, Iceberg, and ORC.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, and ElasticSearch/Solr, and experience with OLTP/OLAP systems like Redshift and Snowflake.
Ability to analyze and present cost-benefit analysis of architectural changes and make informed recommendations.
Passionate about exploring and experimenting with emerging technologies and techniques in data platform design.
Prior experience with AWS is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) datasets and metrics.
