Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical fields.
Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Proficient in at least one modern programming language: Python, Go, C++, Bash, etc.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
Strong background in databases: SQL, NoSQL, and distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Airflow, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in designing scalable data architectures and integrating AI solutions.
Working knowledge of LLM customization, vector databases, DataOps, and MLOps best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Partner with the sales and product teams to design tailored technical solutions and architectures.
Deliver end-to-end deployment strategies for AI/ML solutions across varied enterprise environments.
Lead client engagements, providing technical expertise, hands-on demos, and strategic insights.
Serve as a technical advisor, guiding responsible and ethical AI practices across all solutions.
Maintain strong feedback loops with engineering and product teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing content.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to product development and innovation strategy.
