Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development roles.
Minimum 1 year of practical experience creating and managing ServiceNow integrations.
Proficient in the implementation of RPA technologies such as UIPath or Automation Anywhere.
Strong command of ServiceNow scripting, business rules, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with common integration methods using REST or SOAP APIs.
Experience collaborating in geographically distributed teams, particularly in the LATAM region.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop and support applications and process flows within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Design and deploy RPA solutions to streamline manual business tasks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and client representatives to refine technical requirements.
Diagnose and enhance performance issues across ServiceNow modules and RPA components.
