• Ability to act as the liaison between the user and the development team for the implementation of new applications and IT systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in User Story Documentation, Requirements Analysis, Audience Management, and Workshop Preparation
• C1 level in English for the USA.
