Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over five years of practical experience performing administrative tasks within Salesforce platforms.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, with the ability to create and manage sophisticated automations and integrations.
  • Strong grasp of data operations within Salesforce, including external connections, data imports, and query management.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party tools like Make.com, WordPress, or APIs.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for managing data uploads, reports, and bulk operations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration standards, including user roles, security protocols, validation rules, and workflow optimization.
  • Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Well-organized and adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and initiative-driven, capable of leading tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-focused and inquisitive, with a results-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to align technical capabilities with client needs to deliver practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and manage Salesforce Flows and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Configure and oversee system integrations, data imports, and external connections within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and build tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Deploy and evaluate new functionalities while ensuring data consistency and platform stability for multiple clients.
  • Handle data-related operations including bulk uploads, imports, and data cleansing through tools like Data Loader and Excel.
  • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues, automation failures, and system performance challenges.
  • Maintain compliance with best practices related to platform configuration, security, and technical documentation.
  • Support integration initiatives involving external services such as Make.com or WordPress.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and standardization of Salesforce processes across different organizations.
