Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience in QA automation, including work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Extensive background in integration testing involving CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and ERP solutions such as Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Strong command of Salesforce API testing and validation processes for payment gateways and order management systems.
  • Skilled in leveraging automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber for test development.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and hands-on use of Jira for tracking issues and test cases.
  • Capable of using SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation and data checks.
  • Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering quote-to-cash processes, subscription billing, and lead-generation workflows.
  • Effective communicator with experience working independently and closely with US-based teams, providing clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid grasp of eCommerce systems and testing of payment gateway integrations.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain automated test suites targeting key functionalities across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Create and execute integration tests that connect Salesforce with eCommerce systems, payment gateways, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Develop and manage API-based test automation to ensure accurate and reliable data flows between systems.
  • Build end-to-end test scenarios to validate lead generation, quote-to-cash cycles, subscription billing, and order management operations.
  • Conduct cross-platform tests focused on the full eCommerce customer journey, including payment and order validation.
  • Write and maintain Cucumber feature files and automation scripts using tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
  • Participate in Agile meetings and sprint planning in coordination with product, development, and operations teams.
  • Track defects and ensure test coverage through Jira and established QA practices.
  • Recommend improvements to boost product quality, test coverage, and automation efficiency.
  • Support and guide junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in automation and integration testing.
