Product Designer (P791)

As a Senior Product Designer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Product, UX/UI, or Interaction Design for enterprise-level web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record designing complex interfaces and leading user-centered design processes.
- Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool).
- Knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is considered a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban; comfortable writing user stories and prioritizing backlogs.
- Minimum English level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or C1 (Proficient).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual mockups and design systems using Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD and After Effects.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, interviews and surveys; analyze insights to iterate on designs.
- Partner with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to align on goals, priorities and technical feasibility.
Establish and maintain consistent UI libraries, style guides and component documentation.
