Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced expertise in Power BI, with the ability to design and develop high-impact dashboards and reports.
Skilled in creating user-friendly visualizations that effectively convey complex data insights.
Solid experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, and management across platforms like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Deep knowledge of best practices in data visualization to ensure precision and clarity in reporting.
Demonstrated capability in analyzing large-scale datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable business recommendations.
Proficient in aligning analytics with business objectives through a solid understanding of business operations.
Familiarity with statistical techniques to enhance data interpretation and support advanced analytics is a plus.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to interpret their data requirements and translate them into interactive Power BI solutions that facilitate strategic decisions.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis from multiple sources, ensuring reliability and consistency.
Break down complex business challenges and create data models that support effective analytical solutions.
Apply and uphold best practices in reporting, visualization, and data platform operations to ensure scalability and performance.
Collaborate with data engineers and administrators to troubleshoot issues, optimize data pipelines, and ensure seamless integration of analytics tools.
Deliver meaningful and timely insights that guide strategic and operational initiatives.
Contribute to the internal analytics community by sharing innovative ideas and methodologies.
Support cross-departmental projects with data expertise, enhancing the company’s overall analytics capabilities.
