Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in data visualization, BI reporting, or analytics design.
Proficiency in AWS QuickSight and experience designing data-driven user experiences.
Background in educational technology, SaaS, or impact-driven organizations is a plus.
Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) or equivalent hands-on expertise.
Familiarity with SQL and data transformation processes.
Experience designing dashboards for external users or clients.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, user-centered design, and data ethics.
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines for data presentations.
Previous collaboration with software development teams on embedded data visualizations.
Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and accelerate development.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver internal dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
Build high-impact executive-level reporting focused on product usage, engagement metrics, and business KPIs.
Develop self-service data tools that empower internal teams to explore and analyze data independently.
Create polished, branded dashboard experiences for our educational partners that highlight key outcomes and metrics.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to capture client reporting needs and convert them into effective solutions.
Design embedded visualizations for our platform, working alongside front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
Translate business problems into compelling data stories through visual analytics.
Guide cross-functional teams on best practices for dashboard design, UX principles, and accessibility standards.
Apply AI-based tools to enhance development speed, generate ideas, and increase delivery efficiency across projects.
