About Us:

As a Mid-Level/Senior Content Strategist at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B content strategy and production, ideally within tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience using AI tools for content generation and editing.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and enterprise-level customer journeys.
  • Understanding of software development cycles and AI product positioning.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the audience (clients, leads, developers, etc.) to identify needs, challenges, and content preferences.
  • Set clear objectives: lead generation, product education, and brand positioning.
  • Determine the right channels and formats: blog, technical documentation, newsletters, tutorial videos, webinars, social media, whitepapers, landing pages, etc.
  • Marketing: align content with campaigns, SEO, and branding guidelines.
  • Product/Development: Translate technical features into clear, engaging messages.
  • Sales and Customer Success: create materials that address objections, explain use cases, and support customer retention.
  • Write and oversee the creation of articles, guides, case studies, and technical materials that position the company as a leader in AI software while supporting SEO and inbound marketing goals.
  • Write, edit, and schedule blog posts Ensure tone and style consistency across all communication channels.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (e.g., CTO vs. non-technical end user).
  • Research industry and competitor trends to propose impactful B2B content ideas.
  • Use analytics, engagement metrics, and conversion data to assess content performance.
  • Optimize for SEO, user experience (UX), and conversions.
  • Iterate on the strategy based on results and market trends.
  • Define brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Create workflows for content production that ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Prioritize content reuse and repurposing across multiple formats.
  • Use ChatGPT (or similar LLMs) to brainstorm ideas and refine content for various channels.
