Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least three years of experience developing smart contracts or blockchain-based solutions.
Demonstrated experience deploying tokens on Solana, Ethereum, or other prominent L1/L2 networks.
Deep understanding of SPL Token-2022, ERC-20 standards, token vesting, multisig setups, and decentralized liquidity protocols.
Skilled in tools and frameworks such as Anchor, Solana Web3.js, Rust, or TypeScript for Solana; or Solidity, Hardhat, and Ethers.js for EVM environments.
Knowledge of tokenomics, liquidity strategies, and DeFi ecosystem dynamics.
Solid grasp of secure wallet handling, key management, and revocation procedures.
Strong ability to integrate APIs and dashboards using tools like Helius, Web3.js, or Solana Web3.
Excellent communication and documentation practices.
Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Design and deploy tokens compatible with SPL (Solana) or ERC-20 standards, ensuring secure metadata and minting setup.
Implement time-locked mechanisms and vesting logic for allocated tokens to teams and marketing.
Configure and validate liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges such as Raydium, Uniswap, and PancakeSwap.
Manage multisig wallet configurations and ensure proper authority revocations.
Connect smart contracts with web interfaces and analytics tools for seamless integration.
Assist with listing processes and verifications on decentralized exchange aggregators and blockchain explorers.
Generate transparency proofs on-chain, including wallet labeling and lock verification links.
