Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in applications support, with a proven track record of effectively resolving technical issues.
  • Experience in troubleshooting device settings and mobile applications in both Android and iOS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ZenDesk ticketing system and its functionalities.
  • Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc.) and familiarity with API query languages.
  • Experience with Kibana and other monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
