Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over five years of experience in software development or a similar technical domain.
- Proficiency in Android development using Kotlin, with solid command of the Android SDK.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, algorithms, and widely used design patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects across the full Android development lifecycle.
- Capacity to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative mindset, with openness to innovation and adaptability to change.
- Proven track record of achieving results with a strong delivery orientation.
- Self-driven professional with a high level of commitment and work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Operations.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Android application features while addressing bugs and performance issues.
- Apply and advocate for security best practices throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with design and product teams in an agile setting to turn concepts into functional features.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and encourage shared learning.
- Support and expand the continuous integration framework by implementing automated features.
