Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience developing modern full-stack web applications and delivering large-scale software products within Agile environments.
- Strong full-stack engineering foundations, with experience across technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Angular, Redux, NgRx, Docker, Azure, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience applying sustainable engineering practices, including automated testing and TDD, continuous integration and deployment, monitoring, and alerting.
- Solid knowledge of distributed and multi-tier systems, microservices, and event-driven architectural approaches.
- Experience designing and working with front-end architectures, including micro frontend solutions developed across multiple teams.
- Ability to define and drive technical strategies, selecting appropriate architectural patterns for both legacy modernization initiatives and greenfield solutions.
- Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and cloud engineering practices.
- Experience building digital platforms and supporting business strategies through product and technology roadmaps involving multiple teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse technical teams and provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Experience working effectively within distributed or remote-first teams is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of performance analysis and optimization techniques for distributed systems is highly valued.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, processes, and supporting tools is considered a plus.
- Previous exposure to the Consumer Insights industry is desirable.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex, scalable solutions as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
- Own full-stack features throughout their complete lifecycle, from technical definition and implementation through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with product, design, and data science teams to understand business challenges and translate insights into practical, effective technical solutions.
- Apply engineering best practices to build reliable, maintainable, and high-quality software.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers through pairing and peer review to solve challenging technical problems and improve solution quality.
- Balance the delivery of new product capabilities with ongoing initiatives focused on improving engineering efficiency and infrastructure.
- Contribute technical expertise, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving throughout the software development process.
