Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Fullstack Engineer.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS, TypeScript, React, and Supabase.
- Previous experience contributing to high-growth startup environments is required.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate issues, and solve problems proactively.
- Background in fintech or legaltech is considered a plus.
- Strong verbal English skills for daily interaction with the core team.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the codebase and ensure its overall health, stability, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify root causes and resolve interconnected issues before they escalate.
- Raise relevant questions to clarify needs and drive effective technical decisions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, even when requirements are not highly detailed.
