Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience building full-stack web applications, with a strong emphasis on Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto.
- Solid experience developing backend solutions with Elixir, considering frontend expertise as complementary rather than the primary focus.
- Familiarity with component-based frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and passionate about software development, with an interest in understanding business needs.
- Experience in industries such as retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, or related domains is considered a plus.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate new features that support business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company’s ERP platform by implementing new capabilities and system improvements.
- Integrate emerging technologies into existing solutions while maintaining high development standards.
- Optimize and maintain current applications to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Deliver high-quality software within established timelines while ensuring code quality and measurable system performance improvements.
