As a Senior NetSuite ERP Consultant at Kenility, you will become part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering top-quality software solutions to the market.

 

Technical Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience managing and deploying NetSuite ERP solutions in manufacturing or operationally complex settings.
  • Proven track record in configuring key NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Experience successfully leading ERP projects from the planning phase through to go-live deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including bill of materials, work order processes, and inventory control techniques.
  • Skilled in working with APIs and middleware for seamless system integrations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like DataNinja for MES and inventory tracking is a plus.
  • Practical experience using Celigo for integration tasks including design, monitoring, and issue resolution is desirable.
  • Exposure to industries such as nutritional supplements, food production, or consumer goods is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset aimed at boosting operational performance and refining business processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, from initial setup to stabilization post-deployment.
  • Configure and fine-tune modules including Financials, Inventory, Procurement, WMS, and Manufacturing, as well as reporting tools.
  • Map organizational workflows from departments like Operations, Finance, and IT into NetSuite processes and customizations.
  • Oversee and design integrations with external systems such as DataNinja, Celigo, and Salesforce via APIs and integration platforms.
  • Establish and uphold data governance protocols, ensuring master data accuracy across systems.
  • Apply best practices for inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Build dashboards and KPI tracking tools to enhance real-time operational and financial insights.
  • Provide technical direction and ensure scalability, reliability, and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions and manage change initiatives to facilitate user adoption.
  • Handle ongoing ERP support, including system upgrades and issue resolution.
