Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional background in software engineering or application development.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong experience working with X++, including creating extensions and modifying reports within the D365 F&O environment.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules and their customization capabilities.
- Proficiency using Microsoft development tools and technologies, including Visual Studio, .NET, T-SQL, and SSRS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD processes and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Ability to design technical solutions and evaluate architectural trade-offs, contributing to different areas of the codebase when required.
- Experience implementing testing practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong accountability for deliverables.
- Strong motivation to meet commitments and deliver high-quality results.
- English proficiency at a conversational or advanced level, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and professional contexts.
- Nice to have: familiarity with TFS, Git, IIS, and SQL Server.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customize and enhance the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform system configuration, debugging, testing, and performance optimization to ensure stable and efficient platform operation.
- Design and maintain data migration strategies and supporting tools to facilitate reliable data transfers between systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Monitor updates and new capabilities within Dynamics 365 F&O, recommending improvements and system enhancements when appropriate.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, implementation details, and system workflows.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sharing progress, outlining planned tasks, and communicating potential blockers.
