Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience building and maintaining enterprise cloud and platform foundations, including landing zones, shared services, and environment strategies.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform, designing reusable modules and enabling adoption across multiple teams.
  • Experience managing Terraform module registries, including version control, review processes, documentation practices, and deprecation strategies.
  • Experience administering Terraform Cloud, including workspace structures, approval policies, secure variables, and execution workflows.
  • Background defining environment-management approaches through repositories, modules, and promotion models.
  • Experience integrating secrets securely through Azure Key Vault, including access patterns and rotation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and tooling IAM practices, including RBAC, least privilege, managed identities, service principals, and governance integration.
  • Experience supporting FinOps practices such as tagging, budgets, alerts, and cost reporting through Cloudability.
  • Experience managing VM fleets, including image strategies, patching, maintenance, scaling, and reliability practices.
  • Experience connecting platform workflows with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow CMDB and IdentityNow.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure guardrails, including CI validation, testing, policy-as-code, and drift detection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, templates, and technical enablement.
  • Experience modernizing service principals into managed identity patterns.
  • Experience administering Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and pipelines.
  • Experience managing Docker Hub licensing and optimizing platform resources.
  • Experience supporting platform feedback programs, community engagement, and adoption initiatives.
  • Experience enabling Copilot usage through runbooks, instruction management, and MCP server catalog administration.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Define and own environment-management foundations to ensure consistent provisioning across Dev, Stage, and Prod environments.
  • Create, maintain, and govern Terraform modules, including registry operations, versioning, reviews, documentation standards, and deprecation processes.
  • Manage Terraform Cloud workspaces, approvals, policies, secure variables, and run workflows to support scalable delivery.
  • Establish and enforce platform IAM standards across Azure and related tools, including RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and governance practices.
  • Implement secure secrets-management patterns using Azure Key Vault across infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Support FinOps initiatives by enabling tagging, budgets, alerts, and KPI dashboards for cost and productivity tracking.
  • Administer platform tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Docker Hub, ensuring governance, cost efficiency, and reliable support.
  • Integrate platform processes with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow CMDB and IdentityNow to support auditable provisioning and access governance.
  • Build and operationalize VM fleet standards, including image management, patching, maintenance, scaling, automation, and runbooks.
  • Define infrastructure guardrails through CI checks, policy validation, drift detection, templates, and testing standards.
  • Automate certificate lifecycle processes, including issuance, renewal, rotation, and CA integrations.
  • Maintain platform documentation, templates, release notes, onboarding materials, and self-service enablement resources.
  • Lead office hours, support motions, feedback loops, and community-building initiatives to drive platform adoption.
  • Translate feedback signals, such as surveys and NPS, into roadmap inputs.
  • Administer Copilot and agent enablement, including MCP server catalog integrations, runbooks, and usage guidelines.
