Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar demand generation role, ideally within the software development or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital marketing and CRM tools such as Apollo, Walaaxy, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (desirable).
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze target markets to uncover new demand generation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the BizDev team to coordinate campaigns and achieve shared goals.
  • Produce compelling content including emails, presentations, blog posts, and marketing materials to drive lead generation.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and lead generation channels—such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing—to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
