Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing integrations using Celigo integrator.io (iPaaS), with strong expertise in the NetSuite and HubSpot connectors.
- Solid knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques across enterprise platforms.
- Experience working with REST APIs, NetSuite SuiteTalk, and Token-Based Authentication (TBA) for secure NetSuite integrations.
- Previous experience delivering CRM-to-ERP integration projects and supporting production cutovers.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop bidirectional integration workflows in Celigo integrator.io, leveraging native HubSpot and NetSuite connectors to synchronize contacts, companies, sales orders, customer records, revenue actuals, and other business entities through scheduled hourly batch processes.
- Configure synchronization logic that prioritizes NetSuite as the source of truth, including record matching based on internal IDs, automatic record creation, and mechanisms to prevent synchronization loops.
- Implement robust monitoring capabilities by configuring error handling, retry strategies, error queues, automated alerts, and dashboards to track integration health.
- Assess the existing Celigo environment to validate licensing, platform capacity, and support for the complete integration landscape.
- Perform reconciliation and validation activities, execute parallel runs alongside legacy integrations to verify data consistency, and manage the production cutover process.
- Develop extended integration capabilities to synchronize the NetSuite item catalog with the HubSpot product library and automate accepted quote-to-sales order processing at the line-item level.
