About Us:

As a Mid-level Business Development Representative at Kenility, you will become part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering top-quality software solutions to the market.

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ongoing or completed academic background in Marketing, Digital Business, Business Administration, or similar fields is desirable.
  • At least one year of professional experience in sales-related roles, preferably within B2B environments.
  • Understanding of various sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with tools such as Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Execute lead generation processes using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and curated databases.
Stay informed about market trends to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
Qualify new business leads and guide them to the next stage in the sales pipeline.
Provide support and guidance to team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
Detect process gaps and improvement areas within the sales workflow.
Review commercial agreements and client contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to ensure effective sales meeting coordination.
Engage in strategic prospecting to identify high-value opportunities.
Assess competitor strategies, analyzing strengths and weaknesses to inform business decisions.
