As a Senior Boomi Developer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers who strive to bring the highest-quality products to market. 

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience delivering enterprise integration solutions, including at least three years of hands-on development with Boomi AtomSphere in production environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and preferably Salesforce CPQ, using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, and other API-based approaches.
  • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Core-to-Cash business processes and the enterprise applications that support them.
  • Proven experience integrating Zuora for subscription billing and payment workflows with NetSuite financial and ERP operations.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, publish/subscribe models, message queues, and API-led connectivity.
  • Advanced expertise in designing and orchestrating complex integration workflows, including dependency management, exception handling, idempotency, and data reconciliation across multiple systems.
  • Proficiency in working with data formats and transformation technologies such as JSON, XML, XSLT, EDI, and flat files.
  • Experience developing custom scripts with Groovy and/or JavaScript to extend Boomi integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of API authentication and security mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, API keys, and certificate-based authentication.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate complex integration concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Boomi certifications in Integration Development, API Management, or Development & Operations are considered a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or CPQ Specialist are desirable.
  • Experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro) or revenue recognition processes under ASC 606 is a plus.
  • Exposure to additional iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Informatica is valued.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated integration testing practices.
  • Previous experience working within Agile/Scrum teams in distributed or nearshore environments is desirable.
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Boomi AtomSphere integration solutions connecting Salesforce with downstream billing and ERP platforms.
  • Build, enhance, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Core-to-Cash integration processes across Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite.
  • Develop reliable data mappings and transformation logic using formats such as JSON, XML, EDI, and flat files while ensuring data accuracy throughout the revenue lifecycle.
  • Configure, deploy, and administer Boomi Atoms and Molecules across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Design, publish, and manage REST and SOAP APIs through Boomi API Management.
  • Implement resilient integration solutions with comprehensive error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and alerting capabilities for business-critical processes.
  • Develop custom Groovy and JavaScript components when advanced business requirements extend beyond standard low-code functionality.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to analyze business processes and design scalable, maintainable integration architectures.
  • Investigate and resolve production integration issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including integration architecture, data flow diagrams, operational runbooks, and deployment procedures aligned with CI/CD best practices.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, ERP teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable integrations supporting the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
