Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience designing and maintaining production-grade identity and access management systems, with a strong emphasis on authentication and authorization.
- In-depth knowledge of .NET and C# for developing scalable and secure backend services.
- Skilled in using Node.js and TypeScript to build and manage microservices-based architectures.
- Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based development and deployment.
- Practical use of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to generate, review, and debug secure code efficiently.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for implementing security best practices within IAM systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams, supported by clear communication and AI-enhanced documentation workflows.
- Experience leading technical projects focused on IAM, ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable identity platforms.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable identity services for authentication and authorization, utilizing GenAI tools to enhance productivity and maintainability in C# and Node.js projects.
- Lead the adoption of modern authentication mechanisms including passwordless access, MFA, and passkeys to secure healthcare-oriented digital services.
- Coordinate with product managers, security specialists, and DevOps teams to build integrated identity platforms, leveraging AI tools to automate integration and documentation processes.
- Ensure backend codebases meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance, using GenAI to accelerate code reviews and debugging.
- Apply and refine modern identity protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML, incorporating AI-assisted tooling for compliance and optimization.
