Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience performing accounting or financial management tasks in similar positions.
- Solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations applicable to LLCs in the United States.
- Advanced Excel skills, including large dataset management, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English (B2) or Proficient (C1).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily accounting operations of the LLC.
- Manage contracts, payment processing, collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Provide support to the U.S.-based accounting firm during tax filing processes.
- Prepare financial reports and perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
