Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the LLC.
- Handle contracts, payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting and tax regulations.
- Provide support to the U.S. accounting firm for tax filings.
- Prepare financial reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable to LLCs in the U.S.
- Advanced Excel skills (handling large datasets, pivot tables, financial analysis).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- English level: B2 or higher.
